About Restaurant

Swallow opened in October of 2010 in the heart of Huntington Village with the philosophy of providing great food, great service and a great atmosphere. The menu consists of new american small plates such as; “mac n cheese” with orzo, bacon,  and peas in an asiago cream sauce or black angus sliders topped with tomato jam and brie cheese.

Swallow now features a full bar,  adding to the nightlife of Huntington Village. The bar features old style classics with a new age twist, a wine list consisting of flavor profiles to suite all taste palettes, and a beer list that supports local Long Island breweries with funky suds such as Pork Slap Pale Ale in a can.
