At Michael's, we serve gourmet sandwiches on our famous Sourdough bread baked here daily. We use all natural ingredients, unbleached flour, water, salt and our own unique starter. Our Sourdough has no added sugar, fat or preservatives of any kind. We roast and hand prepare many of our meats using recipes handed down from Michael's grandfather, John. These old world methods are what make our sandwiches so special.
