You will find his menu spans the regions of bbq from his North Carolina style sauce to his spicy Texas style sauce with chipotle peppers. You will find the traditional sides such as coleslaw, pinto beans and potato salad but also look for his signature sides of flash cooked fresh green beans (no cans here). One of the sides all the neighbors are raving about is the famous tamale potato casserol, mmmm mm. Make sure to try the apple slaw casserole you will want to take some home by the gallon.
