Our exotic menu selection is dotted with specialties from Calabria: Pizza Calabria and Antipasto Casareccio with spicy salami for which Calabria is famous; Fusilli Silani, fusilli pasta with caciocavallo cheese and sausage ragu baked to perfection in the wood-burning oven. It is a typical dish from Sila, the mountainous region adjacent to Cosenza, where briganti, modern-day Robin Hoods, used to roam the hills with their pointy hats in search of trouble and are the inspiration for the restaurant’s namesake.
