Welcome to El Tipico Restaurant, serving the best in Mexican Cusine. El Tipico has been serving the Toledo area since 1968 and has recently undergone an extensive remodel. Established by Consuelo & Ezekiel Villa along with their two children and their families. Inspired by their Mother's recipes and attention to using only the finest meats and freshest vegetables in their kitchen. The Villa's have enjoyed sharing the love of their Mexican Heritage for the past 45 years. All of their recipes are cooked with pure vegetable oil and mexican spices to bring out the true flavors of authentic Mexican cooking. Their extensive menu offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from traditional to vegetarian and is 98% Gluten Free. Carry-out and party platters are also available. El Tipico is open Monday through Saturday and located minutes from The Toledo Zoo, just West of the Anthony Wayne Trail on South Ave.
