The French American Tavern-inspired menu mixes Ajax classics such as Chicken Liver Pate, Lamb Bolognese and the legendary Ajax Double Cheeseburger with new favorites like the Whole Roasted Fish, Seared Octopus and Smoked Lamb Ribs. The ingredient-driven menu changes seasonally to highlight the bounty of Colorado’s local farmers whenever possible.
