Randy Bloch and Stu Schloss, both practicing attorneys, started A Forkable Feast in 2001 as a small catering operation to fulfill lifelong dreams of utilizing their culinary passion and creativity outside their own home.
In 2006 Randy and Stu decided to open a commercial Kitchen and retail store based on a novel concept of providing fine dining, ready-to-eat meals which only require rewarming. They carefully picked a location, designed the store and purchased special state-of-the-art equipment required to produce the gourmet quality foods they wanted to offer.
A Forkable Feast's menu changes with the seasons to take advantage of the freshest possible vegetables and meats from local farms and Findlay Market. All meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen; from fresh roasted turkey, chicken, beef, pork, house-cured hams, and corned beef to our pizzas fired in our own brick oven. All of our salad dressings, sauces, soups and stocks are made in-house.
